高血压糖尿病患者发生脑出血护理干预效果评价

摘　　要：目的对高血压糖尿病患者发生脑出血的护理干预效果进行评价分析。方法随机选取该院2016年7月—2017年7月间高血压糖尿病并发脑出血的68例患者,将其分为常规组(n=34)与研究组(n=34)。对常规组患者予以常规护理,研究组患者则针对高血压、糖尿病以及脑出血等疾病特点开展针对性护理,并将两组护理效果进行比较。结果研究组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组高血糖、低血糖、高血压及低血压的发生率均明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对高血压糖尿病合并脑出血患者进行有效的护理干预措施,能够有效稳定其血糖水平,并降低高血糖、低血糖、高血压及低血压的发生。Objective To evaluate and analyze the nursing intervention effect of hypertension and diabetic patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 68 cases of hypertension and diabetic patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 34 cases in each,the routine group used the routine nursing, while the research group used the targeted nursing according to the disease features, and the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results The fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose levels in the research group were lower than those in the routine group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and the incidence rates of hyperglycemia, hypoglycemia, hypertension and hypotension in the research group were obviously lower than those in the routine group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effective nursing intervention measures of hypertension and diabetic patients with cerebral hemorrhage can effectively stabilize the blood glucose level, and reduce the occurrence of hyperglycemia, hypoglycemia, hypertension and hypotension.
