摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病足患者就诊延迟现状和影响因素。方法选择2016年6月—2017年12月该院收治的68例糖尿病足患者作为研究对象,回顾性分析上述患者的一般临床资料,通过基础资料调查表、就诊情况调查表进行问卷调查。结果经过调查研究结果发现,糖尿病足患者就诊延迟例数为56例,就诊延迟率为82.35%;经过分析显示糖尿病足患者就诊延迟影响因素主要包括文化程度、溃疡数量、自我处理。结论糖尿病足患者存在着的就诊延迟现象非常严重,医护人员有必要对糖尿病足患者及其家属进行针对性的健康宣传教育、行为指导干预,减少糖尿病足患者的就诊延迟率,及时进行就诊治疗,从而提高糖尿病足患者治疗效果。Objective To study the consultation delay status and its influencing factors of patients with diabetic foot. Methods 68 cases of patients with diabetic foot admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2016 to December 2017 were selected, and the general clinical data of patients were reviewed, and the patients were surveyed by the questionnaires of basic data survey table and diagnosis condition survey table. Results After investigation, the research results showed that there were 56 cases with diagnosis delay, and the diagnosis delay rate was 82.35%, and the analysis showed that the influencing factors of diagnosis delay mainly included culture degree, ulcer number and self-treatment. Conclusion The diagnosis delay of patients with diabetic foot is very serious, and it is necessary for the medical staff to conduct the targeted health publicity education of diabetic foot patients and their family thus reducing the diagnosis delay rate and improving the treatment effect.
