摘 要:山东信发集团铁路专用线翻车机系统新增一台能力为2500t/h的双车翻车机,运行中产生大量粉尘,工人无法进行现场操作。针对现场实际情况,结合现有除尘工艺特点,设计选用微米级干雾抑尘装置来进行除尘。本文介绍了该装置的抑尘原理并对其在火车双车翻车机系统中的应用效果进行了介绍,可为后续相似尘源条件下除尘工艺的选择提供参考。Shandong Xinfa Group dedicated rail car dumper system adds a capacity of 2500 t/h double car dumper. So large amount of dust was generated during the operation of the dumper that it can not be operated by the workers. According to the actual situation on the site and the characteristics of the existing dust removal process, the design adopts a micrometer-sized dry mist suppression device to carry out dust removal. This paper introduces the dust suppression principle of the device and introduces its application effect in the train double dumper system, which can provide references for the selection of the dust removal process in the subsequent similar dust source conditions.
