摘  要:近年来,循环流化床锅炉的应用愈加普及,较之于传统锅炉循环流化床锅炉对于煤炭含硫量及品质要求较为宽松,在高效燃烧的基础上提升能源利用率,同时在实际使用过程中循环流化床锅炉也可以降低燃烧过程的污染问题,具有明显的优势。但是循环流化床锅炉在使用过程中常常伴随着结焦问题,严重影响锅炉燃烧效率及使用安全,研究人员通过分析结焦原因找出了结焦问题的解决及预防措施,有效改善了循环流化床锅炉的使用状态。In recent years,the application of circulating fluidized bed boilers has become increasingly popular.Compared with traditional boiler circulating fluidized bed boilers,the requirements for coal sulfur content and quality are more relaxed,and the energy efficiency is improved on the basis of high-efficiency combustion.At the same time,it is actually used.The circulating fluidized bed boiler in the process can also reduce the pollution problem of the combustion process,which has obvious advantages.However,the circulating fluidized bed boiler is often accompanied by coking in the process of use,which seriously affects the combustion efficiency and safety of the boiler.The researcher finds the solution to the coking problem and preventive measures by analyzing the causes of coking,effectively improving the circulating fluidized bed boiler.The use status.
