摘　　要：菌种是一个国家所拥有的重要生物资源,菌种保存是一项极其重要的微生物学基础工作。在自然条件下,菌种的污染、死亡都是不可避免的。而微生物的传代、接种技术是菌种保存的一项基本操作技术,对菌种保存意义重大。The bacterial species is an important biological resource owned by a country.The preservation of strains is an extremely important microbiological basic work.Under natural conditions,bacterial contamination and death are inevitable.The passaging and inoculation of microorganisms is a basic operating technique for the preservation of strains,which is of great significance for the preservation of strains.
