含三联吡啶类配合物的结构及抑菌实验研究

摘　　要：介绍了4种新的金属有机配合物,即[ZnL1(cis-2-Butenedioic acid)_2]_n(配合物1)、[Zn_2(L_1)_2(pnitrobenzoic acid)_2]_n(配合物2)、[MnL_1(p-nitrobenzoic acid)_2]_n(配合物3)、[Mn_2(L_1)_2(p-nitrobenzoic acid)_2Cl_2]_n(配合物4)。利用三角形刚性配体(L1=4-溴-2,2′∶6′,2″-三联吡啶)中氮供给体与半刚性配体(顺丁烯二酸、对硝基苯甲酸)中氧供给体进行合成。X-单晶衍射测试结果表明,配合物1是一维链状结构,配合物2—4均为0维结构。对配合物进行了红外光谱(FT-IR)和热重分析(TGA),结果表明,该系列的配合物具有良好的热稳定性,同时对这些晶体进行了抑菌实验研究。Four kinds of new metal organic complexes are introduced,namely,[ZnL1（cis-2-Butenedioic acid）2]n（complex 1）,[Zn2（L1）2（p-nitrobenzoic acid）2]n（complex 2）,[MnL1（p-nitrobenzoic acid）2]n（complex 3）,[Mn2（L1）2（p-nitrobenzoic acid）2Cl2]n（complex 4）.The nitrogen donor in the triangular rigid ligand（L1=4-bromine-2,2′：6′,2″ripyridine）is synthesized with the oxygen donor in the semirigid ligand（maleic acid and p-nitrobenzoic acid）.X-ray single crystal diffraction results show that complex 1 is one-dimensional chain structure,and complexes 2—4 are all zero microstructures.The infrared spectra（IR）and thermogravimetric analysis（TGA）of the complexes have been carried out.The results show that the complexes have good thermal stability.The antibacterial experiments of these crystals have been studied at the same time.
