摘 要:【目的】研究超甜玉米自交系可溶性糖含量这一关键农艺性状的配合力及相关遗传参数,为超甜玉米新品种选育提供科学依据。【方法】以5个不同遗传背景的超甜玉米自交系为亲本,按照GriffingⅡ双列杂交方法配制组合,用GB蒽酮法测定各组合的可溶性糖含量,利用DPS软件和统计学的方法分析超甜玉米可溶性糖含量配合力及遗传参数。【结果】5个亲本自交系可溶性糖含量的一般配合力变幅为-2.8943~2.7581,特殊配合力变幅为-4.9540~0.8932,均达到极显著水平;自交系T2、T5可溶性糖含量一般配合力较高;供试材料可溶性糖含量的广义遗传力为66.68%,狭义遗传力为35.18%,都相对较高。【结论】超甜玉米可溶性糖性状的遗传受非加性基因和加性基因控制;自交系T2、T5配置出可溶性含糖量较高的超甜玉米组合的概率较大;超甜玉米可溶性含糖量能够稳定遗传给子代。[ Objective] The purpose of the article is to investigate the combining ability and related genetic parameters of the essential agro- nomic traits of super-sweet corn inbred lines, and to provide scientific basis for the breeding of super-sweet corn. [ Method] Five super-sweet corn inbred lines with different genetic backgrounds were used as parents, and ten crosses were made according to diallel mating design ( Griffing model Ⅱ). The soluble sugar content of each cross was detemflned by GB anthrone method. The combining ability and genetic pa- rameters were analyzed of the soluble sugar content in 10 crosses and five parental lines by DPS software and statistical methods. [ Result] The general combining ability (GCA) of the soluble sugar contents in the five parental inbred lines ranged from - 2. 8943 to 2. 7581, and the specific combining ability (SCA) in the ten crosses ranged from - 4. 9540 to 0. 8932 at significant levels ( P 〈 0. 001 ). The lines T2 or T5 had higher GCA of soluble sugar contents than other three lines. The broad-spectrmn heritability of soluble sugar content was 66.68 %, and the narrow-sense heritability was 35.18 %. [ Conclusion] The inheritance of soluble sugar traits in super-sweet corn is controlled by both non-additive genes and additive genes. The probability to make a cross of super-sweet corn with high soluble sugar content is higher by using the lines T2 or T5. The soluble sugar content could be stably inherited.
