摘 要:【目的】了解干旱胁迫下灯台树幼苗的生理指标变化。【方法】以盆栽2年生灯台树幼苗为材料,采用不同浓度的PEG-6000(0、5%、10%、20%、25%、30%)模拟干旱胁迫对灯台树幼苗生理特性变化进行研究。【结果】随着PEG浓度的升高,叶绿素、脯氨酸含量先降后升,在PEG浓度为30%时,灯台树幼苗叶片的叶绿素、脯氨酸含量最高;POD、SOD活性及可溶性蛋白质含量呈现出先增后降的变化趋势,在PEG浓度为10%时,POD和SOD的活性最大,可溶性蛋白质含量最多;MDA含量呈先降后升再降的趋势。【结论】综合各指标分析,灯台树幼苗具有一定的抗旱性,可作为干旱地区的绿化树种。[ Objective] The purpose of the article is to understand the physiological index changes of Als^onia scholaris seedlings under drought stress. [ Method] The physiological characteristics of Alstonia scholaris seedlings were studied by simulating drought stress by using dill)rent concentrations of PEG-6000 (0, 5 %, 10 %, 20 %, 25 %, 30 % ). [ Result] The contents of chlorophyll and proline decreased first and then increased with the increase of PEG concentration. When the PEG concentration was 30 % , the contents of chlorophyll and pro- line in the leaves of seedlings of A. scholaris were the highest. POD activity, SOD activity and soluble protein content increased first and then decreased with the increase of PEG concentration. At the PEG concentration of 10 %, the activities of POD and SOD were the highest, and the content of soluble protein was also the highest. The content of MDA showed a trend from decrease to increase and then decrease. [ Conclusion ] According to the analysis of various index, the seedlings of Alstonia scholaris have a certain degree of drought resistance and can be used as afforestation tree species in arid area.
