摘 要:【目的】为了解石河子垦区奶牛子宫炎主要致病菌感染情况,本研究采集石河子垦区4个集约化奶牛场的103头患有子宫炎的奶牛,分离病原菌及鉴定。【方法】利用子宫内取样器(专利号:ZL201420335941.6)采集患病奶牛子宫内粘膜或粘液样本206份,通过显微镜检查、细菌培养及分离、生化鉴定等方法进行病原学研究。【结果】结果显示,分离出8种病原菌共408株,其中葡萄球菌198株(占48.53%)、链球菌109株(占25.49%)、大肠杆菌85株(占20.83%)。从感染数据看,石河子垦区奶牛子宫炎以混合感染为主。【结论】石河子垦区集约化奶牛场子宫炎主要病原菌是葡萄球菌、链球菌和大肠杆菌。通过对该地区的奶牛子宫炎内致病菌的分离鉴定,为石河子垦区奶牛子宫炎的预防和治疗提供参考。[ Objective] To get the knowledge of the main cause of pathogenic bacteria of endometritis diseased dairy cows in Shihezi areas, this research randomly selected 103 endometritis diseased cows from four dairy cow fames, then separated and identified the pathogenic bacte- ria. [ Method ] Using intrauterine sampler ( Patent number : ZL201420335941.6 ) 206 intrauterine mucous membrane or mucus samples of dis- eased cows were collected and detected by microscopic examination, bacteria cultivation, biochemical identification methods. [ Result] 408 trains for 8 kinds of pathogenic bacteria were detected out, including 198 trains of Staphylococcus aureus (48.53 % ) , 109 trains of Streptococ- cus (25.49 % ) ,85 trains of E. coli(20.83 % ). In the 408 strains, from the data analysis, the main cause of the endometritis diseased cows is the mixed inflection of the pathogenic bacteria in Shihezi area. [ Conclusion] It suggested that the main pathogenic bacteria for cow endo- metritis in these four farms were Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus, E. coli. Based on Isolation and identification on pathogenic microor- ganism from endometritis of dairy cow in Shihezi area, it offers a reference metritis treatment on endometritis diseased cows of the intensive dairy farms in Shihezi areas.
