摘 要:【目的】本试验研究一次性腹腔注射芥子碱降解菌1(sinapine-degrading bacteria 1,SDB1)对肉种鸡产蛋性能和免疫功能的影响。【方法】将324只50周龄肉种鸡,平均分成6组,每组6个重复,每个重复9只鸡。试验第1天,组1一次性腹腔注射1 m L生理盐水,组2~6分别一次性腹腔注射1 m L浓度为106、107、108、109、1010CFU/m L的SDB1菌液。试验期14 d,各组饲喂同一基础饲粮。试验结束后,测定产蛋性能、血清Ig M、Ig G、s Ig A、IL-1、IL-2、IFN-γ、C3、C4及外周血T淋巴细胞亚群。【结果】(1)低剂量组产蛋率显著(P<0.05)高于高剂量组。(2)高剂量组血清Ig M、IL-1和IL-2水平显著(P<0.05)高于低剂量组。(3)各组血清Ig G、s Ig A、C3、C4、IFN-γ和外周血CD3+,CD3+CD4+,CD3+CD8+淋巴细胞比例差异不显著(P>0.05)。【结论】低剂量SDB1(≤107CFU/m L)对肉种鸡产蛋性能和免疫功能没有不良影响,高剂量SDB1(≥108CFU/m L)能显著提高肉种鸡部分体液免疫和细胞因子水平,但会降低其产蛋性能。[ Objective ] The present experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of SDB1 ( sinapine-degrading bacteria 1 ) on laying per- formance and imnmnity in broiler breeder. [ Method] A total of 324 healthy broiler breeders at the age of 50 weeks were randomly allocated into 6 groups with 6 replicates per group. On the first day, group 1 was injected intraperitoneally with 1 mL normal saline, and group 2 to 6 were injected intraperitoneally with 1 mL SDB1 solution at the concentration of 106 , 107 , 108 , 109 , 1010 CFU/mL, respectively, then these broiler breeder were fed with a same basal diet in 14 days. On the 15th day, the laying performance of per replicate during the experiment pe- riod was calculated, and the blood sample of per replicate was collected to assay the concentration of IgM, IgG, sIgA, IL-1, IL-2, IFN-γ, C3, C4 in serum and T lymphocytes subgroup in peripheral blood. [ Result] (i) Laying rate of the lower dosage groups was significantly higher (P 〈 0.05) than that of the higher dosage groups. (ii) IgM, IL-1 and IL-2 in serum of the higher dosage groups was significantly higher ( P 〈 0.05 ) than that of the lower dosage groups. (iii) Tbere were no significantly difference of IgG, sIgA, C3, C4, IFN-γ in serum and the percentage of CD3 + , CD3 + CD4 + , CD3 + CD8 + lymphocytes in peripheral blood among all the groups. [ Conclusion ] The low dosage ( ≤107CFU/mL) of SDB1 could increase the laying rate significantly in broiler breeders, the high dosage ( ≥ 108CFU/mL) of SDB1 could in- crease the level of some humoral immunity and cytokines significantly, but it was at the decreasing cost of laying performance sinmltaneously.
