山东省城市脆弱性空间格局分异研究

摘　　要：本文基于山东省实际情况,从经济、社会、资源、环境四个方面构建了山东省17地市的脆弱性评价指标体系,采用主成分分析和层次分析法确定权重,建立脆弱性评价模型,研究山东省17地市2016年脆弱性的空间特征.研究结果:1)就综合脆弱性而言,鲁东沿海地区各市的脆弱性程度普遍要低于鲁西南、鲁西北等内陆地区.低脆弱性的城市有济南市、青岛市、威海市、东营市、烟台市;中等脆弱性的城市有临沂市、日照市、潍坊市、滨州市、泰安市;高脆弱性的城市有淄博市、枣庄市、济宁市、聊城市、德州市;极高脆弱性的城市有莱芜市、菏泽市.2)经济脆弱性方面,青岛市最低,烟台市和济南市次之;枣庄市、滨州市、莱芜市等市较高;社会脆弱性为青岛市、济南市两市较低,枣庄市、莱芜市等市较高;资源脆弱性则是以资源丰富的东营市、潍坊市、烟台市较低,而一些资源匮乏的城市或者工业发达的城市如淄博市、莱芜市脆弱性较高;环境脆弱性以沿海城市威海市、东营市为最低,而工业基地淄博市环境脆弱性较高.该研究为协调山东省区域城市发展,提升城市发展质量,推动山东省经济社会可持续发展提供决策依据.Based on the actual situation of Shandong Province,the vulnerability evaluation index system of 17 cities in Shandong Province was constructed from four aspects of economy,society,resources and environment.The weights were determined by principal component analysis and analytic hierarchy process（ AHP）,and the vulnerability assessment model was established to study the spatial characteristics of the vulnerability of 17 cities in Shandong in 2016. The results are as follows： as far as the comprehensive vulnerability is concerned,the vulnerability of the cities along the eastern Shandong Province is generally lower than that of the inland areas such as Southwest Shandong and Northwest Shandong. Cities with low vulnerability include Jinan,Qingdao,Weihai,Dongying and Yantai,and Linyi,Rizhao,Weifang,Binzhou and Taian with medium vulnerability. The cities with high vulnerability include Zibo,Zaozhuang,Jining,Liaocheng and Dezhou,and Laiwu,Heze with extremely high vulnerability. In terms of the economic vulnerability,Qingdao is the lowest,Yantai and Jinan are lower,and Zaozhuang,Binzhou,Laiwu and other city are higher. the social fragility is lower in Qingdao and Jinan,Zaozhuang and Laiwu,while the vulnerability of resources is lower in Dongying,Weifang and Yantai. Some cities with scarce resources or industrial developed cities such as Zibo and Laiwu have high vulnerability; the environmental vulnerability is the lowest in Weihai and Dongying in coastal cities,while the environmental vulnerability of the industrial base in Zibo is greater. The research provides the basis for coordinating the development of regional cities in Shandong,improving the quality of urban development and promoting the sustainable economic and social development of Shandong Province.
