摘　　要：论文从探讨开放式创新中的知识流动过程出发,分析了知识流动与开放式创新的倒U形关系,以及知识在开放式创新中的自流动风险及相关影响因素,指出开放式创新中的知识流动分别为知识获取、知识转移、知识整合、知识创造与应用。基于各阶段的自流动风险因素和知识流在组织边界的活动过程,从知识管理的角度,为规范企业开放式创新中的知识流动提出相应对策。Based on the discussion of the process of knowledge flow in open innovation, this paper analyzes the inverted U-shaped relationship between knowledge flow and open innovation, as well as the dynamic risk and related factors of knowledge in open innovation. It draws the conclusion that the knowledge flow in open innovation includes knowledge acquisition, knowledge transfer, knowledge integration, knowledge creation and application. Based on the dynamic risk factors of each stage and the activity process of knowledge flow in the organizational boundary, it puts forward corresponding countermeasures to standardize the knowledge flow in open innovation of enterprises from the perspective of knowledge management.
