摘　　要：论文分别从图书馆职能履行、智慧图书馆建设研究角度说明发展图书馆智力开发空间的必要性,紧迫性;从知识论原理及其"信息-知识-智能转换规律"学说角度说明科学性和可行性;进而在实践层面上讨论图书馆智力开发空间建设的价值取向,阐述图书馆智力开发空间构建要诣,说明图书馆智力开发空间的运行机理。This paper illustrates the necessity and urgency of developing the library-intelligent-developing-space（LIDS） in terms of the library duty performance and the development of intelligent library; and indicates the feasibility and feasibility of science from the perspective of the theory of knowledge and the theory of ＂information-knowledgeintelligence transformation＂; then explains the value orientation of the construction of the LIDS, the attainments of the construction of the LIDS, and the operating mechanism of the LIDS.
