摘 要:建立碱熔–ICP–AES快速测定铅精矿中11种主次元素的方法。采用NaOH+Na_2O_2组合碱熔分解样品,被测元素的分析谱线分别为Pb 220.353,Sn 189.989,As 189.042,Zn 206.200,Bi 223.061,Mg 279.533,Si 288.158,Al308.215,Cu 324.754,Fe 259.940,Ag 328.068。被测元素的质量浓度在0~10μg/mL范围内与发射强度呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数均大于0.999,方法检出限为0.006~0.028μg/mL。用该方法对铅精矿国家标准物质进行测定,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.40%~9.94%(n=7),测定值与标准值基本一致。该方法检测快速,结果准确,适用于铅精矿中金属元素的常规检测。A method for the rapid determination of 11 primary and secondary elements in lead concentrates by alkali fusion–inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry was established. The samples were processed by alkali fusion of NaOH+Na2O2 combination. Analytical spectral lines for every measured element were Pb 220.353, Sn 189.989, As 189.042, Zn 206.200, Bi 223.061, Mg 279.533,Si 288.158, Al 308.215, Cu 324.754, Fe 259.940, Ag 328.068, respectively. The mass concentration of the measured elements was linear with its emission intensity in the range of 0–10 μg/mL. The linear correlation coefficients were more than 0.999, and the detection limits were 0.006–0.028 μg/mL. National standard substances of lead concentrate were determinated by this method, and the results were basically consistent with the standard values. The relative standard deviations of detection results were 0.40%–9.94%(n=7). The method is fast and accurate, it is suitable for the conventional determination of metal elements in lead concentrate.
