摘  要:建立了区带流动分析技术快速测定水中氰化物的方法。用双气泡隔断方法实现完全显色反应,利用智能除泡技术排除气泡干扰,采用MobiChem便携式化学分析仪对环境水样中的氰化物进行测定。结果表明,氰化物的质量浓度在0~100μg/L范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999 1,方法检出限为0.6μg/L。测定结果的相对标准偏差为2.6%~3.0%(n=7),样品加标回收率为96.1%~103.2%。该方法准确度高,检测耗时短,仪器携带方便,为现场监测及突发性污染事故的应急监测提供了一种新的手段。A method for rapid determination of cyanide in water by zone fluidic analysis was established. The double bubble partition method was used to realize the full color reaction, and the bubble interference was eliminated by the intelligent defoaming technology. The MobiChem portable chemical analyzer was used to determine the environmental water samples. The results showed that the mass concentration of cyanide had a good linear relationship with the absorbance in the range of 0–100 μg/L with the correlation coefficient of 0.999 1, the detection limit was 0.6 μg/L. The relative standard deviations were 2.6%–3.0%(n=7), and the recoveries of samples were 96.1%–103.2%. The method has high accuracy, short detection time and convenient instrument. It provides a new means for on-site monitoring and emergency monitoring of sudden pollution accidents.
