摘  要:氰渣作为充填骨料进行井下充填可有效解决安全环保问题,降低尾矿综合治理成本。介绍了黄金行业氰化尾矿浆无害化处理技术及优缺点,分别采用臭氧氧化法、固液分离洗涤法、联合处理法进行氰化尾矿浆无害化处理,并对处理后的达标氰渣进行地面模拟充填试验。结果表明,联合处理法处理后的氰渣进行井下填充,不会对地下水及周边空气造成污染,且处理成本较低。该研究可为黄金行业氰渣回填提供参考。Cyanide tailings can be a good safety and environmental protection solution as backfill aggregate for underground filling and lower costs for comprehensive treatment of tailings. The paper introduced the advantages and disadvantages of the non-hazardous treatment of cyanide tailings pulp from gold industry,conducted non-hazardous treatment of cyanide tailings pulp by ozone oxidation,solid-liquid separation washing and combined treatment respectively,and carried out ground simulation filling test on the qualified cyanide tailings after treatment. The results show that underground filling with the cyanide tailings backfill materials treated by the combined treatment method will not pollute the ground water and peripheral air and has low cost. The research can be used as reference for cyanide tailings filling in gold industry.
