摘  要:采用熔融共混法制备抗静电聚丙烯(PP)材料,通过表面电阻率测试研究了抗静电剂含量、聚烯烃弹性体(POE)含量、滑石粉含量、成核剂含量、PP树脂类型和润滑剂类型对PP材料抗静电性能的影响,并开发了抗静电PP材料。研究结果表明,采用低结晶度PP、增加抗静电剂含量、增加POE含量、减少滑石粉含量、减少成核剂含量、添加脂肪酰胺类润滑剂可降低PP材料的表面电阻率,提高抗静电性能。并制得了抗静电PP材料,应用在汽车门板、仪表板和立柱等零部件上。The antistatic polypropylene (PP) materials were prepared by means of melt blending. The effects of the amount of antistatic agent,polyolefin elastomer, talc and nucleating agent, and the type of polypropylene resin and lubricant on the antistatic property of PP materials were investigated. The results indicated that the surface resistivity of PP materials could be reduced and the antistatic performance was improved by adopting low crystallinity polypropylene, increasing antistatic agent content, increasing elastomer content, reducing talc content, reducing nucleating agent content, and adding amide lubricant. The prepared antistatic PP materials are applied in automotive door panel, dashboard and pillar.
