摘 要:针对纯聚苯乙烯(PS)选区激光烧结(SLS)成型件强度较差的缺陷,使用机械混合的方式制备了PS/聚乙烯(PE)混合粉末材料。在模型分层厚度0.25 mm、激光功率30 W、轮廓扫描速度3 000 mm/s等因素不变的条件下,分别研究了填充扫描速度、预热温度、扫描间距对烧结件弯曲强度及厚度方向(Z向)尺寸精度的影响,在此基础上通过正交试验和极差分析优选出了最佳工艺参数组合;并在最佳工艺参数组合下研究了PS与PE配比对烧结件弯曲强度及Z向尺寸精度的影响。结果表明,在实验范围内,填充扫描速度对PS/PE混合粉末烧结件的弯曲强度和Z向尺寸精度的影响最大,预热温度对其影响最小。最佳的工艺参数组合为填充扫描速度1 600 mm/s,预热温度85℃,扫描间距0.30 mm;在该工艺参数组合下PS/PE混合粉末最优配比为9∶1,此时烧结件的弯曲强度可达8.91 MPa,Z向尺寸相对偏差绝对值仅为0.65%,与相同条件下的纯PS相比明显改善。Polystyrene (PS)/polyethylene (PE) mixed powder was prepared by mechanical mixing in order to overcome the poor strength of the pure PS selective laser sintering (SLS) molding parts. Keeping the thickness of the model in the sintering process 0.25 mm,the laser power 30 W and the contour scanning speed 3 000 mm/s,the effects of filling scanning speed,preheating temperature and scanning interval on the bending strength and Z–dimension precision of sintered parts were studied. The optimum combination of process parameters were selected by orthogonal test and range analysis, and the effect of material ratio on bending strength and Z dimensional precision of PS/PE sintered parts was studied. The results show that the effect of filling scanning speed on the bending strength and Z dimension precision of PS/PE mixed powder sintered parts is the most in the experimental range,and the effect of preheating temperature on it is the least. The optimum process parameters are as follows: filling speed 1 600 mm/s,preheating temperature 85℃ and scanning distance 0.30 mm. The optimum ratio of PS/PE mixed powder is 9∶1 under the combined process parameters. The bending strength of sintered parts can reach 8.91 MPa,and the absolute value of Z dimension deviation is only 0.65%. Compared with pure PS under the same conditions, the bending strength and Z relative dimension deviation are obviously improved.
