摘 要:根据金属塑料复合材料结构特点和性能要求,设计了压制烧结成型模具的整体结构,并设计了正交试验方案,然后进行制品的压制烧结成型实验,通过对成型温度、压力、时间以及升温速率四个工艺参数的控制,制备了16组不同的结合强度、摩擦系数以及耐磨性的金属塑料复合材料,并通过拉伸试验、摩擦磨损试验,研究了四个成型工艺参数对制品三个性能评价指标的影响规律,确定了使三个性能评价指标分别达到最佳时的三组工艺参数组合。最后运用模糊数学综合评价方法将三个性能评价目标转化为单一目标,并进行优化研究。结果表明,当成型温度为330℃、成型压力为9 MPa、成型时间为60 min、升温速率为6℃/min时,制品的综合性能最高。According to the structural characteristics and performance requirements of metal plastics composites,the overall structure of the press-sintering mold was designed, and an orthogonal test scheme was designed. Then the press-sintering molding experiment of the product was conducted, and the molding temperature, pressure, time, and heating rate were determined. With the control of the process parameters, 16 sets of metal plastics composites with different bond strength,friction coefficient,and wear resistance were prepared. Through the tensile test and friction-wear test,three performance evaluations under four molding process parameters were studied. Three sets of process parameters were determined when the three performance evaluation indexes were optimized. At last, the fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation method was used to transform the three performance evaluation goals into a single goal and carry out optimization research. The results show that when the molding temperature is 330℃,molding pressure is 9 MPa, molding time is 60 min, and heating rate is 6℃/min, the overall performance of the product is the highest.
