摘　　要：根据光机塑件调焦镜筒壁薄、表面质量高的要求,注射模采用了多点进料的点浇口浇注形式。依据塑件内部全螺纹M67×18/4-6H直接成型要求,设计了自动内缩式型芯结构,实现了内部全螺纹的成型和自动脱出。为避免内缩式型芯中2组6个可收缩瓣片在导向定位柱上滑动推出时的干涉,通过计算和CAD软件模拟,确定了2组可收缩瓣片滑动斜面分别为5°和16°。为保证塑件一侧外圆和另一侧内孔的同轴要求,注射模中除采用导柱导套合模导向机构外,另增加了锥面定位装置。经实践证明,该模具结构紧凑、合理,工作稳定可靠。Because of thin barrel wall and high surface quality of focusing lens, plastic cast in the form of multi-point gate feed was used. Interior plastic parts in accordance with full thread M67×18/4–6H direct molding requirements automatically retracted type core structure was designed to achieve internal full thread forming and automatic prolapse. In order to avoid the interference of two sets of 6 retractable disc slides sliding out on the guide positioning column in the indented core,the two groups retractable sliding bevel fiap was determined to 5° and 16° respectively by calculation and CAD software simulation. To ensure the plastic parts on one side and the other side of the cylindrical bore coaxial requirements,plastic guide pins and bushings guide clamping mechanism were used in the plastic mold, and the cone positioning device additionally was adopted. Practice showed that the die operated stably and reliably with a reasonable compact structure.
