摘 要:将凹凸棒土(ATP)和木纤维(WF)作为填料单独或同时加入到聚丙烯(PP)基体中,制备PP/ATP,PP/WF和PP/(ATP+WF)复合材料,通过测试X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、差示扫描量热仪、热变形温度测试等比较研究不同填料不同含量对复合材料耐热性和力学性能的影响。结果表明,ATP和WF加入到PP中生成了α晶相,没有影响PP基体结晶类型,但提高了其结晶度。加入ATP,WF及两者同时加入都能够提高复合材料的冲击强度,最大值分别比纯PP提高7.8,11.4,14.8 k J/m2,PP/(ATP+WF)复合材料效果的冲击强度最高,ATP和WF起到了协同增韧的结果。加入ATP和WF的复合材料的熔融峰温度、热变形温度和维卡软化温度都比纯PP有所提高,其中PP/(ATP+WF)复合材料提高效果最显著。Attapulgite (ATP) and wood fiber (WF) were added alone or co-doped to synthesize PP/ATP, PP/WF and PP/(APT+WF) composites. The effects of different filler or content on the heat resistance and mechanical properties of the synthesized composites were characterized by XRD, SEM, DSC, HDT and so on. The results showed that the addition of ATP and WF to the PP did not affect the crystal type of PP matrix because of the single αcrystal phase formed in PP, but it improved the crystallinity. The impact strength of the composites was improved by adding ATP and WF. The maximum value was 7.8, 11.4, 14.8 kJ/m2 respectively. The impact strength of PP/(ATP+WF) composites was the best,which was the result of synergistic toughening of ATP and WF. The melting peak temperature, thermal deformation temperature and vicat softening temperature of these composites were all higher than those of pure PP, and those of PP/(ATP+WF) composites were the highest.
