摘 要:综述了近年来国内外聚碳酸酯(PC)/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯塑料(ABS)合金的应用现状和研究进展,重点介绍了PC/ABS合金共混改性的理论依据及合金中各组分配比、相容剂选用、工艺条件等对合金综合性能影响。通过研究发现,目前用于改善PC/ABS合金相容性的相容剂主要包括马来酸酐接枝类、甲基丙烯酸甲酯接枝类及胺基苯乙烯-丙烯腈反应型相容剂等;工艺条件如挤出机各段温度、螺杆转速、螺杆组合方式等都会对合金的综合性能产生较大影响。最后对PC/ABS合金的应用前景和发展方向进行了展望。The application status and research progress of PC/ABS alloys at home and abroad in recent years were reviewed.The theoretical basis for blending modification of PC/ABS alloys,as well as the influences of the distribution ratio of each component in the alloy,the selection of compatibilizers and processing conditions on the comprehensive properties of PC/ABS alloys were highlighted. It was found that the compatibilizers used to improve the compatibility of PC/ABS alloy mainly included maleic anhydride grafts, methyl methacrylate grafts and amido SAN reactive compatibilizers. In addition, the processing conditions such as the temperature of extruder,screw speed and screw combination will had great infiuence on the overall performance of PC/ABS alloy. Finally, the application prospect and development direction of PC/ABS alloy were prospected.
