高压变频器在煤矿主井提升机改造中的应用分析

摘　　要：以双钩88 t箕斗缠绕式提升机为研究对象,探讨该型设备的变频改造实践。改造后的主井提升机作业效率明显提升,用电量大幅下降,节能效益极为明显,同时使煤炭产量也得到提升。Taking the double hook 88 t skip winding hoist as the research object, the practice of frequency conversion transformation of this type of equipment is discussed. The operation efficiency of the main shaft hoist after revamping is obviously improved, the electricity consumption is greatly reduced, the energy saving benefit is extremely obvious, and the coal output is also promoted.
