摘 要:油水井套管损坏影响油田生产和开发效益,套损的发生多是由于生产或注入所引起体积变化而导致应力集中作用,确定降低套损发生几率的主要开采指标界限成为难点。采用大数据挖掘的方法,基于开发因素对套损影响的"五个效应"筛选指标及数据,建立主要开发指标与套损相关曲线,确定了套损发生指标界限,利用综合模糊评价方法对单井开发因素套损风险综合评价,特高风险井历史数据验证符合率达到70%以上,划分了单井套损风险级别,使套损防控调整更具针对性。The casing damage of production and injection wells affects the oil field production and development efficiency.The well casing damage is caused by its production or injection volume variation which is resulted by the stress concentration effect.It becomes difficult to determine the casing damage index boundaries of reducing the damaged casing pipe appearing probability.Using the method of large data mining,based on the "five effects" of the development factors to screen the index and data of the "damage" of the damage,the main development index and the correlation curve of the casing damage are set up,and the index limit of the occurrence of the casing damage is determined.The comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method is used to evaluate the risk of single well development factors.The coincidence rate of the historical data of high risk wells is above 70%,and the risk level of the single well casing damage is divided,so the adjustment and adjustment of the casing damage are more pertinent.
