摘　　要：针对云计算模式下科技创新服务平台的设计现状,进行科学的分析,并简要介绍构建科技创新服务平台的重要意义、科技创新服务平台的应用前景,提出云计算模式下科技创新服务平台的设计要点与实现途径,希望能够给相关工作人员提供一定的参考。Abstract： This paper makes a scientific analysis of the current situation of the design of scientific and technological innovation service platform under cloud computing mode, and briefly introduces the important significance of constructing the scientific and tech- nological innovation service platform, as well as the application prospect of the scientific and technological innovation service platform. This paper puts forward the design essentials and ways of realizing the scientific and technological innovation service plafform under the cloud computing model, hoping to provide some reference for the relevant staff.
