摘  要:酸性成纤维细胞生长因子(a FGF)是第2个被分离纯化的成纤维细胞因子(FGFs)家族成员。a FGF具有广泛的生理功能,可促进组织创伤修复、血管生成、神经营养再生等,因而受到国内外学者的高度重视。但a FGF生物半衰期短,在体内容易被降解,极大限制了其临床应用。为改善a FGF易被水解、不稳定的缺点,可用性能良好的载体材料包载a FGF以获得缓控释药物制剂。该文就目前开展的各类a FGF相关载体材料的实验和应用研究进行综述,概括相关研究结果优劣和发展趋势。Acidic fibroblast growth factor( a FGF),which is isolated and purified as the second member of fibroblast growth factor family.Because of its extensive physiological function,such as promoting wound healing,angiogenesis,nerve tissue nutrition and repair,it has attracted close attention. Nonetheless,the short half-life and easy degradation of a FGF limits the clinical application.In order to improve the hydrolysis and instability of a FGF,the study on a FGF controlled-release preparation through a good biological material carrier has become a research focus recently. Herein,we reviewed and discussed the several related biological material carrier experiments and application,and summarized the advantages,limitations and trends of progress.
