摘  要:建立了基于制造特征的CAPP系统数学模型,并对该数学模型进行了分析。框类零件是飞机中最常见的结构件,以XX型飞机框类零件为例,首先建立了框类实体模型库的,模型库包含了结构造型以及以往加工工艺;其次,对该类零件上的加工特征进行分类,根据分类设计了以OPITZ系统为基础的实例编码系统。根据实例编码系统以及飞机结构件实例制造特征的相似性、继承性,通过阶段检索法,进行对比,得到基于制造特征的新零件加工工艺,通过数控机床输出了该工序NC代码。工艺人员对制造特征、刀具、切削参数等进行二次编辑,通过特征自动识别与交互识别相结合的方式提取零件的特征参数,供CAM模块自动生成刀轨,通过企业加工验证特征自动识别率达到95%。The application of CAPP system especially in aviation manufacturing industry is analyzed in China. Aiming at the existing problems,the research of group technology is proposed based on typical manufacturing characteristics. The mathematical model of CAPPsystem based on manufacturing characteristics is established and analyzed. Frame parts are the most common structural parts in aircraft.Taking XX aircraft frame parts as an example. First,the frame entity model library is established.Structure modeling and previous processing technology are included in model library Second,machining features are classed on such parts. The case coding system is designed according to the classification based on OPITZ system. The overall design of the case retrieval system is presented based on the similarity and inheritance of the manufacturing characteristics of aircraft structural parts. A new part processing technology is obtained based on manufacturing features through phase retrieval method,. The NC code is exported through NC machine tools. Process personnel edit manufacturing features,cutting tools and cutting parameters once more. The feature parameters of parts are extracted by the combination of feature automatic recognition and interactive recognition,which can be used to automatically generate the tool path for the CAM module. The automatic recognition rate is 95%.
