摘　　要：目的探讨壳聚糖缓释凝胶与硝酸咪康唑栓治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(VVC)的疗效差异。方法将滨州医学院附属医院妇科门诊2017年1—9月收治的103例VVC患者随机分成A、B两组(52、51例),分别采用壳聚糖缓释凝胶和硝酸咪康唑栓治疗,对比两组的治疗效果,并记录不良反应的例数。结果 A组治疗总有效率[96.15%(50/52)]明显高于B组[88.24%(45/51)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者未发生严重不良反应。结论对VVC采用壳聚糖缓释凝胶进行治疗,具有较好的临床疗效和较高的安全性。Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of chitosan slow-release gel and miconazole nitrate suppository on the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis （VVC）. Methods The 103 cases patients with VVC of the Affiliated Hospital of Biuzhou Medical University from January 2017 to September 2017 were randomly divided into groups A and B （52 and 51 cases）, respectively using chitosan slow-release gel and miconazole nitrate suppository. Comparing the therapeutic effects of the two groups and record the number of adverse reaction. Results The effectiveness of chitosan sustained release gel group A [96.15%（50/52）] was significantly higher than that of group B[88.24%（45/51）],and the difl＇erence was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, and no significant adverse reactions were observed in the two groups. Conclusion For VVC patients, the treatment with chitosan slow-release gel significantly improve the clinical effect, and it is safety.
