摘 要:【目的】研究特克塞尔羊体质量与体尺指标的相关及回归关系,为肉羊新品种选育提供参考.【方法】采用SPSS17.0软件对特克塞尔羊的体质量与体尺指标进行相关分析、通径分析和逐步回归分析,并对其相关系数进行分解,得出体质量与体尺指标之间的最优回归模型.【结果】体高(x1)和管围(x4)对特克塞尔羊体质量影响不显著(P>0.05),其相关系数分别为0.143和0.421;胸围(x3)和体斜长(x2)对特克塞尔羊的体质量影响极显著(P<0.01),其相关系数分别为0.784和0.554.体高(x1)、体斜长(x2)和管围(x4)主要是通过胸围(x3)对体质量产生间接作用,胸围(x3)主要是通过体斜长(x2)对体质量产生间接作用.特克塞尔羊体质量与体尺指标之间的最优回归方程为y=-92.307+0.837x3+0.937x2,标准化后的方程为y=0.669x3+0.271x2(R2=0.674,P<0.01),拟合程度较高.【结论】建立了特克塞尔羊体质量与体斜长和胸围之间的最优回归模型.【Objective】To study the correlation and regression relationship of body weight and body size indicators in Texel sheep and provide reference data for breeding sheep germplasm innovation application.【Method】The phenotypic correlations,path coefficients,direct and indirect correlations between the body weight and several body sizes of Texel sheep were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software.Then the optimum regression equation between the body weight and body sizes was established.【Result】The body height(x1),cannon-bone circumference(x4)did not show significant correlation with the body weight at the 0.05 level.The phenotypic correlation were 0.143 and 0.421,respectively.The chest circumference(x3)and body length(x2)showed significant correlations with the body weight at the 0.01 level.The phenotypic correlation coefficient were 0.784 and 0.554.The body height,body length and cannon bone circumference had indirect influence by chest circumference mainly.The chest circumference had indirect influence by body length.The optimum regression equation between the body weight and body size of Texel was y=-92.307+0.837 x3+0.937 x2,and the normalized form of it was y=0.669 x3+0.271 x2(R2=0.674,P〈0.01).The goodness of fit of regression equation was a bit high.【Conclusion】The optimal regression model was established between body weight and body length and chest circumference in Texel sheep.
