基于RS和GIS的嘉峪关市生态保护红线划定

摘　　要：【目的】对生态敏感性、生态系统服务功能重要性和禁止开发区进行分析,划定嘉峪关市生态保护红线.【方法】利用人机交互目视解译法和GIS空间分析法.【结果】嘉峪关市生态保护红线面积576.48km2,占嘉峪关市总面积的47.10%,主要分布在嘉峪关市西南部和东北部;生态极敏感区域面积173.38km2,占红线面积的30.08%,主要分布在嘉峪关市西南部及大黑山附近和讨赖河流域;生态系统服务功能极重要区域面积143.65km2,占红线面积的24.92%,主要分布在嘉峪关市西南部的灌木林地区以及东北部的湿地保护区附近;禁止开发区面积312.96km2,占红线比例达54.29%,主要分布在嘉峪关市大黑山和文殊镇附近;三者重叠区域面积96.10km2,占红线面积的16.67%.【结论】通过嘉峪关市生态保护红线的划定,以期为城市生态安全格局的建立提供理论依据,同时对西北干旱区绿洲城市生态保护红线划定起到一定的借鉴意义.【Objective】To delimit the ecological protection red line of Jiayuguan City based on the analyze of ecological sensitivity,the importance of ecosystem services and prohibited development zones.【Method】Visual interactive interpretation and spatial analysis methods of GIS is used in this paper.【Result】The ecological protection red line of Jiayuguan City is with a total area of 576.48 km2,accounts for 47.10%,mainly locates in the southwest and northeast of Jiayuguan City.The most sensitive ecological area occupies 173.38 km2,accounts for 30.08% of the red line,mainly distributes in the southwest of Jiayuguan City,around the Great Montenegro and Taolai River.The extremely important area of ecosystem services is close to 25% of the red line,with the area of 143.65 km2,mainly distributes in shrubbery land and the wetland nature reserve which located in the southwest and of Jiayuguan City.The prohibited development zones is with a total area of 312.96 km2 and reaches 54.29% of the red line,mainly distributes around the Great Montenegro and Wenshu Town.The overlapping of the three areas covers an area of 96.10 km2,accounts for 16.67%of the ecological protection red line area.【Conclusion】The delimiting of the ecological protection red line for Jiayuguan citys provides a scientific basis for the ecological security of the city′s development.Meanwhile it will provide reference for the delimitation of ecological protection red line in oasis cities of arid region in Northwest of China.
