摘 要:【目的】探讨改性凹凸棒对餐饮废油生物柴油的脱色性能.【方法】以餐饮废油为原料,采用酯交换法制备生物柴油;以酸改凹凸棒为载体,Mn(NO3)2为活性前驱体,通过浸渍-焙烧法制备脱色剂,并将其用于餐饮废油生物柴油的脱色试验.【结果】脱色剂的最佳制备条件:焙烧温度450℃,负载时间3h,焙烧时间4h,Mn(NO3)2加入量10%;生物柴油与脱色剂质量比为10∶2时,生物柴油的脱色率为90.56%.【结论】脱色后生物柴油的多项性能有所提高.【Objective】To study the effect of modified attapulgite on the decoloration performance of biodiesel from waste cooking oil.【Method】The ester exchange method was used to prepare biodiesel with waste cooking oil.By using acid-treating attapulgite as carrier,Mn(NO3)2 as active precursor,the decolorizer was prepared by dipping roasting method.【Result】The best preparation conditions of decolorizer are:450 ℃ calcination temperature,3 hours load time,4 hours roasting time and 10% Mn(NO3)2.When mass ratio of biodiesel to decolourizer is 10∶2,the decolorization rate of biodiesel is 90.56%.【Conclusion】The major properties of biodiesel are improved after decolorization.
