摘 要:为满足下肢康复训练机器人产品对显示控制系统的个性化需求,采用STM32F407系列微处理器为主控芯片,以电阻式触摸屏为输入及显示终端,结合通用性、可移植性强的em Win图形库,完成了一种专用显示控制系统方案设计。在分析STM32微控制器和em Win图形库优越性的基础上,详细介绍了该显示系统的硬件设计、软件设计及系统搭建。测试结果表明,该系统能通过电阻触摸屏作为输入端实现对下肢康复训练机器人伺服系统的训练速度、训练时间、正反转调控及系统的启停控制,系统启动速度快、显示稳定、性能可靠、界面友好、实用性强。In order to meet the individual needs of the display control system for lower limb training robot rehabilitation, the STM3-2F407 series microprocessor was used as the master chip, the resistive touch screen was used as the input and display terminal, and the emWin graphics library with high versatility and portability were used to implement a special display control system. Based on the analysis of the superiority of STM32 microcontroller and emWin graphics library, the hardware design, software design and system construction of the display system were introduced in detail. The test results show that the system can realize the control of training speed, training time, forward and reverse regulation and system start and stop for the servo training system of lower limb rehabilitation training through the re-sistance touch screen as the input. The system is fast and practical with stable display, reliable performance and friendly interface.
