补中益气汤加减合牵引治疗气血亏虚型颈椎病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察补中益气汤加减合牵引治疗气血亏虚型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:选取我院门诊及住院部收治的气血亏虚型颈椎病患者140例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各70例,对照组采用牵引治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予口服补中益气汤,10日为1个疗程,两组均治疗3个疗程。结果:治疗组的总有效率为91.43%(95%CI=90.04%~98.24%),对照组为72.86%(95%CI=62.44%~83.28%),两组综合疗效比较(u=2.3547,P=0.0189),差异有显著性意义;与对照组比较,治疗组改善疼痛评分及生活质量参数(P<0.01);改善血液流动指标参数、血流速度参数(P<0.01)。总之,采用补中益气汤加减合牵引治疗气血亏虚型颈椎病的临床疗效优于单纯应用牵引治疗,其收益为OR=0.25(95%CI=0.09~0.68),NNT=5(95%CI=3.20~17.01)。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of modified Buzhong yiqi decoction combined with traction on cervical vertebra disease of both qi-blood deficiency syndrome.Methods：140 cases of selected patients with cervical vertebra disease of both qi-blood deficiency syndrome,who were received and treated in outpatient and inpatient departments of our hospital,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,70 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traction; while the treatment group was with oral Buzhong yiqi decoction on the basis of control group.10 days as a course of treatment,both groups were treated for 3 courses of treatment.Results：The total effective rate was 91.43%（ 95% CI = 90.04% - 98.24% in the treatment group and 72.86%（ 95% CI = 62.44% - 83.28%） in the control group respectively.Compared the comprehensive effects of two groups（ u = 2.3547,P = 0.0189）,the difference had significant significance.Compared with the control group,the treatment group improved the parameters of pain score,quality of life（ P〈0.01）,blood flow indexes and blood flow velocity（ P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of modified Buzhong yiqi decoction combined with traction on cervical vertebra disease of both qi-blood deficiency syndrome is better than that of simple traction.Its benefit is OR = 0.25（ 95% CI = 0.09 - 0.68）,NNT = 5（ 95% CI = 3.20 - 17.01）.
