补肾活血逐痹方治疗膝骨关节炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾活血逐痹方对膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:按随机数字表法将86例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各43例。治疗组予自拟补肾活血逐痹方治疗,对照组口服仙灵骨葆胶囊。观察两组治疗前后中医证候分级量化评分及WOMAC骨关节炎指数评分,并结合评分进行疗效评价。结果:治疗组中医证候疗效优于对照组(P<0.01),且WOMAC骨关节炎指数改善亦优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾活血逐痹方治疗膝骨关节炎疗效确切。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Bushen huoxue zhubi formula on knee osteoarthritis.Methods：86 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,43 cases in each group.The treatment group was with self-made Bushen huoxue zhubi formula,while the control group was treated with oral Xianlinggubao capsules.The graded quantitative score of TCM syndromes and the score of WOMAC osteoarthritis indexes were observed before and after treatment in two groups,and the curative effect was evaluated by the scores.Results：The curative effect of TCM syndromes of treatment group was better than that of control group（ P〈0.01）,and the improvement of WOMAC osteoarthritis indexes in treatment group was better than that in control group（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of Bushen huoxue zhubi formula on knee osteoarthritis is definite.
