尿浊清汤联合ACEI治疗原发性慢性肾小球肾炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察尿浊清汤联合ACEI治疗原发性慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。方法:将80例慢性肾小球肾炎患者随机分为两组各40例,对照组采用ACEI治疗,治疗组在对照组的治疗基础上加用尿浊清汤治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率88.68%,对照组总有效率71.70%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后尿蛋白明显减少,内生肌酐清除率明显升高,肾功能明显改善,两组比较差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:尿浊清汤联合ACEI治疗原发性肾小球肾炎疗效显著,能明显降低蛋白尿,降低西药的毒副作用,改善患者的肾功能,消除水肿,降低血压,提高患者生活质量。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Niaozhuoqing decoction with ACEI on primary chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods：80 cases of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ACEI,while the treatment group was treated plus with Niaozhuoqing decoction on the basis of control group.Results：The total effective rate was 88.68% in treatment group and 71.70% in control group.The treatment group was better than the control group（ P〈0.05）.After treatment in treatment group,urinary protein decreased significantly,endogenous creatinine clearance increased significantly,kidney function was improved significantly.The omparative difference between two groups was significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of Niaozhuoqing decoction with ACEI on primary chronic glomerulonephritis is significant.Niaozhuoqing decoction with ACEI can decrease proteinuria significantly,reduce the toxic side effects of western medicine,improve the renal function of patients,eliminate the edema,lower the blood pressure and enhance the quality of life of patients.
