摘 要:采用欧盟垃圾焚烧发电厂能效计算方法和我国目前常用的能源计算方法,对生活垃圾焚烧发电厂的能效进行了计算。结果表明:目前我国生活垃圾焚烧发电厂项目能源利用水平比较低,项目能源利用率平均约为21%。对比炉排炉与流化床的吨垃圾净发电量与净上网电量,发现炉排炉的余热利用水平普遍高于流化床。不同地区、不同规模、不同炉型的垃圾焚烧发电厂,吨垃圾发电量存在明显差异。同时也表明,我国生活垃圾焚烧发电能效还有进一步的提升空间。EU waste incineration power plant energy efficiency calculation method and energy calculation method commonly adopted in China were used to calculate the energy efficiency of municipal solid waste(MSW)incineration plant.The results indicated that utilization ratio of MSW incineration power plant in China was still relatively low,and the mean value was about 21%. It was found that the utilization level waste heat of grate boiler was generally higher than the fluidized bed though comparing net electric generation and net on-grid electricity per ton waste. There were significant differences in net electric generation per ton waste among the MSW incineration power plant in different regions,sizes and furnaces. Energy efficiency of MSW incineration power of China can be further enhanced.
