摘 要:选用不同相对分子质量、不同浓度的聚氧乙烯类的非离子表面活性剂,研究了聚氧乙烯类的非离子表面活性剂对Fe_3O_4微纳材料的表面修饰和形貌调控作用,并给出了机理解释。结果证实,聚乙二醇的相对分子质量、浓度和反应温度三个因素相互协调可以控制其在Fe_3O_4微粒表面的吸附和修饰作用,从而得到不同形貌的Fe_3O_4材料,包括表面光滑的纳米球、纳米盘组装而成的微米球和八面体晶体。本工作对磁性氧化铁纳米材料的研究具有参考价值。Surfactants were utilized in the liquid phase fabrication of inorganic nanomaterials because they can regulate the surface properties of the nanoparticles. Surface decoration and morphology regulation of the magnetite micro-and nano-crystals were investigated systematically by the addition of polyethylene glycol with different molecular weight herein. Various morphologies including nanospheres with smooth surface,microcrystals assembled by nano-disks and octahedral crystals were obtained in this system. Based on the research results,mechanism of morphology control was elucidated,which has important reference value toward the fabrication and applications of magnetite microcrystals.
