摘  要:以船舶用铝/钛/钢爆炸焊复合材料为研究对象,利用有限元数值模拟方法建立铝/钛/钢复合材料仿真模型,仿真分析铝/钛和钛/钢界面的不同结合情况下的超声检测信号,通过波场快照直观的显示超声波在界面不同情况下的传播情况,通过回波信号和透射波信号,分析界面不同情况对超声波信号的影响;通过对透射波进行频谱分析得到了界面不同情况下频谱特性。仿真所得结果与理论结果一致,说明应用有限元方法可以有效的仿真超声波在铝/钛/钢复合材料中的传播情况,仿真结果可以为实际应用提供了依据。In order to get the welding quality of aluminum/titanium/steel composites,the quality inspection and evaluation of the aluminum/titanium and titanium/steel need to be strengthened. Finite element models were developed to simulate the ultrasonic testing to aluminum/titanium/steel composites plate in shipbuilding. The snapshots intuitive display the ultrasonic propagation when the interface has different conditions. We can obtain the effect on ultrasonic signal of interface under different conditions that was been analyzed from the echo signal and transmission signal,and obtain the different spectrum characteristics from spectrum analysis of the transmission signal. The simulation results are in agreement with the theoretical results. The simulation showed that the finite element simulation method is effective in ultrasonic propagation in aluminum/titanium/steel composites plate. The simulation results may be useful to the practical application.
