摘　　要：培养创新型人才是时代赋予高校的历史使命,创新实验室是培养大学生创新意识和创新能力的重要平台。根据学院学科专业的结构特点,结合大学生创新教育需要,建设了油气特色技术、节能与新能源利用、环境保护与绿色建筑等3个创新实验平台。围绕创新实验平台,从组织与制度、激励机制、运行机制、创新项目体系、创新教育模式、创新教育氛围等方面构建了系统的创新教育运行保障机制。实验平台与运行保障机制相互依托与支撑,初步形成系统的课外大学生创新人才培养体系。实践证明,建设的创新实验室及运行保障机制运作良好,大学生创新成果丰硕。Cultivation of innovative talents is the historical mission entrusted by the times,and has been becoming an indispensable part of colleges and universities. Innovation laboratory serves as a significant platform to cultivate the creative thinking and innovation capability of college students. According to the characteristics of College of Pipeline and Civil Engineering and the requirements of innovative education of undergraduates, three innovative experimental platforms have been established,they are oil and gas technology platform,energy saving and new energy utilization platform,energy environmental protection and green building platform. Based on the organization and institution,operation mechanism,innovative platform for project and education,et al,an operation guarantee mechanism for innovative education was established to ensure the consequence of innovation education. The platforms interacted with the operation guarantee mechanism has preliminarily formed a systematic innovative talent training system for students. It has been proved that the innovation laboratory and the operation guarantee mechanism work well. College students have obtained success and made good outcomes through the system.
