摘　　要：为了满足无线移动网络中可分级视频流传输的实验要求,提出了无线移动网络中可分级视频的仿真实验平台。仿真平台包含3个阶段,编码阶段将普通格式的源视频编码为H.264/SVC格式,仿真阶段将视频报文在移动自组织网络中传输,设计了新的路由协议获得网络的可用带宽估计,并将该信息发送至自适应速率调节模块,解码阶段过滤一部分网络抽象数据信息,提取出最优的解码视频数据流。此外,为了实现可分级视频流自适应调节信息的传输,设计了新的移动自组织网络路由协议,通过自适应反馈机制可以根据路由状态与网络的可用资源状态调节源节点的传输速率,以满足可分级视频传输的要求。基于仿真实验的结果表明,本平台可以测试可分级视频流在无线移动网络中传输多个性能指标,并且设计的自适应路由协议可以提高无线移动网络的视频传输质量。In order to satisfy the experimental demand of scalable video transmission in the wireless mobile network,a simulation platform of scalable coding video in wireless mobile network is proposed. The simulation platform includes three phases. In the coding phase,source video is encoding as H. 264/SVC format. In the simulation phase,video packages are transmitted through mobile ad-hoc network,a new routing protocol is designed to get the available bandwidth estimation of the network,and this information is delivered to the adaptive bit rate adjust module. In the decoding phase,part of the ＂ network abstraction layer units＂ are filtered,and the optimal decoded video streaming is abstracted. Besides,in order to transmit the information of adaptive adjustment of the scalable video streaming,a new routing protocol of mobile ad-hoc network is designed,the transmission bit rate of source node is adjusted according to the routing state and available resource of the network by adaptively feedback mechanism,and the demand of scalable video transmission is satisfied. The simulation experimental results show that the proposed platform can access some performance indices of scalable video streaming transmission through the wireless mobile network,and the proposed adaptive routing protocol can improve the video quality of the wireless mobile network.
