高校政府集中采购价格及其影响因素的多重线性回归分析

摘　　要：为提高采购绩效,从分析高校政府集中采购价格及其影响因素出发。现选取学校附属医学院台式计算机采购项目783例,以采购金额为因变量,采购方式、台式计算机的基本参数、采购年份、供应商及制造商作为自变量,进行多重线性回归分析,发现采购方式对价格影响最大,其次是CPU类型和硬盘容量,随后依次是采购年度、是否装配Windows系统以及内存容量,制造商、供应商及显卡类型对采购价格的影响未显示统计学意义。批量集中采购方式是降低高校政府集中采购价格的有效途径,而政府集中采购方式或将对消除货物的品牌垄断效应和提高高校政府采购"公平""公正"及"透明"的廉政风险防控能力起到积极作用。In order to improve the efficiency of the purchasing system,the relationship between centralized governmental purchasing price and its determinants was analyzed. Seven hundred and eighty three cases of desktop computer purchasing projects at an affiliated hospital of a university were included in the study,multiple linear regression analysis was performed,purchasing prices of the computers were used as dependent variables,and factors including purchasing method,basic parameters of the computer,year of purchasing,suppliers and manufacturers were used as independent variables. Purchasing method was found to be the most significant influencing factor for purchasing price and purchasing performance. CPU type and disk capacity had the second importance. Year of purchasing,installation of the Windows system and memory capacity sequentially came as the least influential factors. The types of suppliers,manufacturers and video cards had no statistical significance. It was indicated that mass centralized governmental purchasing method was an effective approach to reduce purchasing price of desktop computers,and it helped to eliminate brand monopoly and promote the incorrupt governmental policy of ＂ fairness,justice and transparency ＂ during the centralized purchasing process in colleges and universities.
