摘 要:从热力学及动力学方面对RH真空精炼炉碳脱氧可行性进行了分析,并对低碳钢进行了小批量试验,通过试验验证了真空碳脱氧可行,在125t炉容条件下,碳粉脱氧为(5.7~6.7)×10^(-6)/kg,碳粉平均升温0.6℃/kg,真空碳脱氧需在低碳钢种中进行,钢种目标碳含量以0.015%~0.025%为宜。The feasibility of carbon deoxidization in RH vacuum refining furnace was analyzed in terms of thermodynamics and kinetics,and small batch experiments were carried out in low carbon steels.The feasibility of vacuum carbon deoxidization was verified by experiments.Under the condition of 125 t furnace capacity,the deoxidization of carbon powder was about(5.7~6.7)×10^-6/kg and the average temperature of carbon powder rose by 0.6℃/kg.Vacuum carbon deoxidization should be carried out in low carbon steel and the suitable carbon content of steel is 0.015%~0.025%.
