摘 要:为了研究典型航空发动机吊架的振动特性,选取A320飞机和CFM56发动机的飞发连接组合所用的吊架为建模原型.运用ANSYS Workbench软件,对其进行了静力学分析、模态分析,绘出了不同工况下吊架的应力云图、位移云图以及模态振型图.针对吊架各关键特征节点的振动位移响应进行了分析,探究了巡航状态下激振频率对吊架各段特征节点加速度载荷值的影响.通过仿真结果对比,获取了发动机振动在吊架上的主要传递路径,研究结果可为飞机吊架结构的减振设计提供参考.In order to research the vibration characteristics of typical aero-engine pylon,the combination of A320 and CFM56 was chosen to be the modeling prototype,the statics analysis and modal analysis were conducted on the model by using ANSYS Workbench,and the stress nephogram,displacement nephogram and modal shape diagram of pylon under different working conditions were plotted.The vibration displacement response of each typical feature node of pylon was analyzed,and the influences of excitation frequency on the acceleration load value of feature nodes of each pylon section were studied.Furthermore,the main paths of engine vibration on the pylon were obtained by comparing the simulation results,and research results can provide reference for the vibration reduction design of aircraft pylon structure.
