电针治疗寰枢关节紊乱型眩晕疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察电针治疗寰枢关节紊乱型眩晕的临床疗效。方法将74例患者随机分为治疗组41例和对照组33例,治疗组用电针治疗,对照组采用口服盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗。观察两组治疗前后临床症状积分变化,并比较临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为87.8%,对照组为63.6%,两组总有效率比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后临床症状积分均较同组治疗前下降(P<0.01);两组治疗前后临床症状积分差值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组治疗后临床症状积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论寰枢关节紊乱型眩晕的诊断应以发作时临床特征和寰枢关节不对称体征和影像学特征为依据并排除良性阵发性位置性眩晕。电针治疗寰枢椎失稳型眩晕疗效显著,值得临床应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture on atlantoaxial joint disorder vertigo. Method Seventy-four patients with atlantoaxial joint disorder vertigo were randomized to a treatment group（41 cases） and a control group（33 cases）. The treatment group received electroacupuncture and the control group, oral administration of flunarizine hydrochloride capsules. The clinical symptom score was recorded in the two groups before and after treatment and the clinical effects were compared. Result The total effective rate was 87.7% in the treatment group and 63.6% in the control group. By comparison, the total effective rate was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group（P〈0.05）. There was a statistically significant post-treatment difference in the clinical symptom score between the two groups（P〈0.01）. The clinical symptom score decreased in both groups after treatment compared with before（P〈0.01）. There was a statistically significant difference in the pre-/post-treatment clinical symptom score difference value between the two groups（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The diagnosis of atlantoaxial joint disorder vertigo should bebased on the clinical characteristics of its attack and the signs and imaging characteristics of atlantoaxial joint space asymmetry and exclusion of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. Electroacupuncture has a marked therapeutic effect on atlantoaxial joint disorder vertigo and is worthy of clinical application.
