雷丰古籍珍本《灸法秘传》学术特色初探

摘　　要：《灸法秘传》是一本汇集银盏隔姜灸法、太乙神针、雷火针的临床实用型艾灸专著。该文通过探析《灸法秘传》学术特色,为临床灸法应用丰富思路。该书首载银盏隔姜灸法,详述该法器皿的制作、操作及注意事项;该书主治病症范围广,选穴精炼达要,辨病选穴与辨证选穴相结合;卷末附录太乙神针和雷火针,与银盏隔姜灸法类似,适应证广泛。《灸法秘传》涵盖清代特色灸法,值得临床应用。＂Esoteric Moxibustion＂ is a clinical practical moxibustion monograph collecting silver cup ginger moxibustion, Taiyi moxa stick moxibustion and thunder-fire wonder moxibustion. This article enriches the idea of clinical application of moxibustion by analyzing the academic characteristics of ＂Esoteric Moxibustion＂. The book first recorded silver cup ginger moxibustion, expatiates on moxibustion utensil making, operation and precautions, has a wide range of indications, selects acupoints refinedly, combines disease differentiation-based acupoint selection with syndrome differentiation-based acupoint selection. The book appends Taiyi moxa stick moxibustion and thunder-fire wonder moxibustion, which are similar to silver cup ginger moxibustion and have a wide range of indications. ＂Esoteric Moxibustion＂ covers the characteristic moxibustion of the Qing Dynasty, and is worthy of clinical application.
