摘  要:目的:确定黄芩不同商品规格与主要化学成分之间的相关性。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Altima^(TM)C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水(梯度洗脱),检测波长为280 nm,流速为1.0 m L/min,同时测定黄芩中黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷、黄芩素、汉黄芩素、白杨素、千层纸素A、夏佛塔苷、芹菜素和毛蕊花糖苷的含量。结果:来自不同产地(河北、山东、山西)一等及二等条芩药材各指标成分含量存在差异,其中,山东二等条芩药材中黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷含量最高,依次为19.39%、3.46%,河北一等条芩药材中黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷含量最低,依次为15.95%、2.71%,山西一等条芩药材中白杨素、千层纸素A含量最高,依次为0.14%、0.21%,山东一等及二等条芩药材中黄芩素、汉黄芩素含量最低,依次为0.44%、0.08%。相关性分析结果显示黄芩等级越高,黄芩苷、千层纸素A含量反而越低。聚类分析结果显示传统黄芩药材商品规格与内在整体质量不一致。结论:传统黄芩药材的商品规格以黄芩外观长度、粗细划分,与化学成分没有必然联系,无法体现黄芩内在质量,建议开展以内在质量和临床疗效为依据的黄芩药材分级研究,将药材外观性状、内部化学组分和疗效结合起来进行量化研究,完善黄芩药材商品等级规范。Objective: To determine the corrlelation between different specifications and the main chemical components of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi.( SBG). Methods: HPLC method was adopted to simultaneously determine the contents of baicalin,wogonoside,baicalein,wogonin,chrysin,oroxylin-A,schaftoside,apigenin and acteoside. The analysis was performed on a Altima TMC18 column( 4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) with a gradient mobile phase of acetonitrile-0. 1%phosphoric acid solution system at the flow rate of 1. 0 m L/min. The detective wavelength was set at 280 nm. Results:There were differences in the content of each index of first and second grade SBG from different sources( Provinces of Hebei,Shandong and Shanxi). The contents of baicalin( 19. 39%) and wogonoside( 3. 46%) in the second grade SBG from Shandong province were the highest,compared to those of the first grade SBG from Hebei province,which were15. 95% and 2. 71% respectively. In terms of the contents of chrysin and oroxylin-A,they were the highest in the first grade SBG from Shanxi province,which were 0. 14% and 0. 21%. In terms of the contents of baicalein and wogonin,they were the lowest in the first and second grade SBG from Shandong province,which were 0. 44% and 0. 08%. Correlation analysis showed that the higher the grade of SBG was,the lower the contents of baicalin and oroxylin-A would be. Cluster analysis showed that the traditional product specifications of SBG were inconsistent with the internal quality.Conclusion: Traditional product specifications of SBG were classified by the length and thickness,which has no certain relation with chemical components and can not reflect the inherent quality of SBG. It is recommended to carry out the classification of SBG on the basis of the intrinsic quality and clinical efficacy. To improve the quality standard of SBG the appearance,internal chemical components and curative effects on the quantitative research of SBG should be combined.
