《千金翼方》中药症治疾病谱浅析

摘　　要：《千金翼方》著于孙思邈晚年百岁高龄之际,为孙氏一生医道之绝唱,其内富有大量的临床经验,极具研究价值。笔者以统计量表的方法,对著内使用中药相关的症治条例进行整理统计,发现孙氏晚年在外科及皮肤病、脏腑内科病、妇人病上又总结出了更多条例;而在痈疽、金疮、药物中毒、五脏调养、内伤发热等病症上又阐述了更多经验之谈,这或许与当时孙氏所在的唐朝国情有关。Qianjin Yi Fang was written by SUN Simiao in his advanced age,which was his masterpiece,it recorded many clinical experiences. This study assorted the lines of TCM symptoms and treatments recorded in the book,it found that SUN concluded more lines in external disease,skin disease,physical disease,and gynecological disease in his later years. And he accumulated more experiences in carbuncle-abscess,metal-inflicted wound,drug poisoning,viscera nursing and internal heat,which may be related to the state of the Tang dynasty at that time.
