经筋皮部排点刺法配合针刺星状神经节治疗中风后丘脑痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察经筋皮部排点刺法为主配合针刺星状神经节治疗中风后丘脑痛的临床疗效。方法:将60例丘脑痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组用经筋皮部排点刺法为主配合针刺星状神经节治疗,对照组用口服普瑞巴林胶囊治疗。连续治疗4个疗程后以视觉模拟评分(VAS)下降率及临床总有效率对患者进行疗效评价。结果:观察组与对照组治疗前后VAS评分分别比较,差异均有显著性(P<0.05);观察组治疗后VAS评分下降值与对照组比较,两者之间差异有显著性(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为93.3%(28/30),对照组总有效率63.3%(19/30),两者之间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:经筋皮部排点刺法为主配合针刺星状神经节治疗中风后丘脑痛优于西药普瑞巴林治疗,疗效肯定,无明显副作用,值得借鉴。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of row/dot needling cutaneous region of meridian sinew combined with needling stellate ganglion on post-stroke thalamic pain. Methods： 60 cases of post-stroke thalamic pain were randomly divided into the observation group（ n = 30） and the control group（ n = 30）. The observation group was treated with row/dot needling cutaneous region of meridian sinew combined with needling stellate ganglion; whereas,the control group was treated with Pregabalin Capsule. The clinical therapeutic effects were evaluated by drop rate of visual analog scale（ VAS） and the clinical curative rate after four courses of treatment. Results： In terms of VAS score,there was significant difference between the observation group and the control group before and after treatment（ P〈 0. 05）. The reduction of VAS score was more significant in the observation group than that of the control group after treatment（ P〈 0. 05）. The total effective rate was 93. 3%（ 28/30） in the observation group,which was significantly higher than63. 3%（ 19/30） in the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The clinical effect of row/dot needling cutaneous region of meridian sinew combined with needling stellate ganglion is superior to Pregabalin in treatment of post-stroke thalamic pain. It has affirmative efficacy without obvious side effect,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
