中医药治疗功能性消化不良的临床研究进展

摘　　要：功能性消化不良(FD)是消化系统常见病,主要表现为上腹胀、早饱、嗳气、烧心等。其病因迄今为止尚未完全明确,目前认为可能与胃酸的分泌、胃肠动力异常、HP感染、腹腔内脏敏感性改变、脑-肠轴及胃肠激素异常以及环境、精神心理因素等多种因素有关,临床治疗疗效亦欠理想。而中医中药在认识及治疗本病、改善患者生活质量方面则有明显的优势。现对近年来中医药治疗FD的临床研究进展情况总结归纳,做一综述。Functional dyspepsia（ FD） is a common disease of digestive system,which is mainly manifested by symptoms of upper abdominal bloating,early satiety,belch,and heartburn. The cause of FD has not been completely clear so far,now it is believed to be associated with secretion of gastric acid,dysfunction of gastrointestinal dynamics,HP infection,sensitivity changes of visceral,abnormal hormones of brain-gut axis and gastrointestine,as well as being related to many other factors,such as environmental factors,mental factors,and psychological factors. The clinical efficacy of current treatments has not achieved ideal state so far. TCM has its own advantages in understanding and treating FD,and in improving life quality of the patients. This study reviewed the clinical research progress of TCM treating FD.
