摘 要:探究了集料的级配、RAP料的掺量、水泥用量、乳化剂、乳化沥青用量、混合料拌合后放置不同时间对乳化沥青厂拌冷再生混合料劈裂强度和空隙率的影响。结果表明,集料级配曲线接近上限,水泥用量越大,混合料放置时间越短,混合料的指标越好。但水泥用量增加,混合料刚性也随之增加,因此水泥用量不宜过大。RAP料的掺量、乳化沥青用量适量及合适的乳化剂可提高混合料指标。This paper investigate the effects of aggregate gradation, dosage of RAP material, cement content, emulsifier content, emulsified asphalt content and place time after mixing on the splitting strength and porosity rate of emulsified asphalt plant cold regeneration mixture. The results show that the aggregate gradation curve more closing to the upper limit, the greater the amount of cement, the shorter the mixture placement time, the better the indicators of the mixture. However, as the amount of cement increasing, the rigidity of the mixture also increases, so the amount of cement should not be too large. Appropriate amount of RAP material,emulsified asphalt and emulsifier improve the mixture' s indicators.
